Like there is this idea of

Everyone contributes to the group effort in same amounts

But ppl measure that by how much you can do

So if everyone is giving 10% but i am generally more skilled,

Then i will be doing in effect more than the rest

Like thats no issue, unless you pay everyone the same amount

Why would i work double, just bc i can, for the same reward as the ppl doing less getting payed the same

Like i am working part time, i am not even a full time employe

I work the average of the group

Untill someone pays it, bc everyone takes something if its free

Like i am still doing the task, same as everyone else, and the amount i am payed for
