As example for a basic receipt like Spagetti
They are including things like paprika, basilica, basilica paste
Tell you to make meatballs and the add those to the sauce
Like its a basic receipt, but generally they include all the things you are too lazy to get
Like it fills all the small nutrientional things you cheap out on
They have more complex things, but its my first week testing ^~^
Portion size is adequate, i would personally prefer more, but fine^~^°
Meat is medium quality it still shrinks a bit, but not the worst
Like companies are using needles to pump water into meat, and when you cooking it, it obviously get smaller and lighter
