The matrix server
Matrix is not like telegram, matrix is a protocol
Its math and code which facilitates secure communication
And then you have a bunch of client app, and you can choose whichever you like best, and on all platforms, which are like telegram
Like i would like that for the poliglyth chain too
This, chain in the background and then client apps
Like i said before, server client model, but with a blockchain
